The Associated Press is reporting that the Supreme Court has denied a stay to John Deep and Madster - who is my Dad.
The Associated Press reports:
"Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens refused Wednesday to give an emergency stay to the founder of file-sharing service Madster.
Madster founder Johnny Deep, representing himself in the case, had asked the high court to block an injunction against him until the justices have a chance to consider whether they will review his appeal."

This is going to make it hard for Dadster to support his legal defense. But I'm going to try to help out, with a John Deep v. RIAA defense fund. I'll work on it tonight, and hopefully, have something ready tomorrow.
