Aimster: Deep v. RIAA

Aimster: John Deep v. RIAA is now filed in the Supreme Court of the United States, Docket Number 03-658.

01/12/04: The Supreme Court denied the Petition. Now we'll have to go to trial without a fair chance to obtain evidence. Well, you can bet we're not giving up!

John Deep, in case you didn't know, is my Dad.

Everybody says you can't possibly succeed, Dad, but I believe somehow you will find a way.

And I want you to know that it doesn't matter, win or lose, you'll always be the world's greatest Dad to me.

You go, big guy.

I love you, Dadster!
/Aimee

Thanks, sweetie. That means a lot to me. There's nothing more important to me than being your Dad. Um, and now could you please put something a little warmer on? :=) I love you. /Dadster Posted by: John A. Deep, http://www.dadster.com on November 7, 2003 09:47 AM

Hey, it's Aimee! *waves* I was getting a little worried about the long pause... Posted by: Just John, on November 11, 2003 03:20 AM

It's great to see the way you support your dad, Aimee. Keep up the faith and good work. It's amazing that this has even had to go this far. MP3 format is NOT CD format, nor REALLY CD quality, and it's compressed, which creates loss. It's exactly like using a VCR to record "friends". Hopefully the Supreme court will see this and madster will be back, quickly putting Kazaa and Morpheus et al out to pasture as the second rate programs they are. Good luck! Oh, and as a dad myself, I agree. Put something warmer on, dear. :) Posted by: P Hamilton, on December 7, 2003 03:26 AM
