Tatu duo Julia Volkova and Lena Katina, who are both 18, plan to use the picture of nude teens on the cover of their next album.
"The girls, who fondle each other on stage during their raunchy act, ask fans to send in photos of themselves.
In Russia, 14 is the age of consent. In Britain it is 16. The NSPCC last night blasted the idea as an “irresponsible publicity stunt”."

it used to be 12 in Hawaii up until just a few years ago. It was actually fairly controversial to get it changed to 16!

You know, all those conservatives who were calling for a world market where differing cultures would be free to compete in the open market must be a bit red in the face when they realize that it's legal to sell naked 14 year olds in other countries. I mean, that's a big untapped market here, no?
Then again, maybe it's not their faces that they're red in. :}
