Was Michael Jackson Framed? - Mary A. Fisher - GQ Magazine October, 1994 If this is the real story, and Michael Jackson was framed, then think about how and why and who would have wanted him framed ...

Michael Jackson owns some of the most valuable music copyrights in history, not only his own, but also the Beatles.

The sales of his own work have slowed to nothing since the publication of the molestation story, which could well be false.

Jackson has been forced to take out loans, and use his music as a guarantee.

Now, with no sales and the accumulated debt, Michael Jackson is on the verge of losing everything he owns.

Who benefits from Michael Jackson's misfortune? Well, Jackson has been forced to take out the loans from... guess who? His record label.

He may be deep in the hole to his record label, but I don't think he was framed. Any doubts I had about those allegations were erased by the freakish way he and Gavin were acting on that ABC video. Posted by: Bill McCabe, http://www.taintedbill.blogspot.com on February 17, 2003 12:19 PM

The difficulty for me in conceiving him as innocent is that some time before the allegations of pedophilia I read an article about his upbringing that caused me to think "wow, this seems to be a case of classic pedophile conditioning," of course who is to say that others did not read this same article and set in motion the frame but to consider that such might be the case seems to stumble into the realm of conspiracy theories. Michael Jackson is a wonderful person! He has a pure heart and soul! People are scared of the things in which they do not understand. If all the people of the world treated and loved children the way Michael does then the world would be a better place. He is a very loving person who is married to God, his children, music and life! The only person who can judge Michael Jackson is God! Michael is a channel for God in so many ways. Because "some" people are mean and evil they want to make the Good people on earth seem like the bad. Michael gives so much of himself untill he has no more to give. Please don't judge him. Open your eye's and see "The Legend verses the Myth, God's precious Gift".. We Love Michael! Posted by: Tamika Gilliam, on March 4, 2003 07:38 PM

I love Michael Jackson and his music. I think that he could have been framed. Posted by: Cover letter, http://www.perfectcoverletters.com on March 19, 2003 07:11 PM

I think Michael Jackson could have been framed. But then again I have loved Michael Jackson and his music ever since I was little so maybe my opinion is a little bit biased. Posted by: Cover letter, http://www.perfectcoverletters.com on March 19, 2003 07:15 PM

freakish, how did mj and gaivn act freakish, the kid had cancer for christ sake, now ur thinking he is molesting cancer patients, geez, sometimes i think it s the public with the sick minds. gavin is the 1 who held michaels hand,he initiated it,because he looked to mj as a father figure, didnt u know the kid had Cancer,if it was a female holding Gavins hand,u wouldnt think sick thoughts like that. The GQ article is true, why would any Father in his right mind, take the money and run,the statements chandler gave to police were disturbing to the point, where any right parent would have wanted Mj locked up,and have the key thrown away. Chandlers father took the money, and ran, when he could have won a criminal trial, plus still get 20 million in the civil trial. i suggest ppl who thought mj was guilty,i suggest u read that GQ article, the father framed mj big time. Hello everyone! I just wanted to write and say that the evil public needs to leave him alone! If your gonna say anything you should have the right mind to say loving and caring things that if you were to say them to Michael, that he would love it a lot. Every1 needs to remember he is a human being so we need to treat him like a human being! I can't believe the kind of things people can say about him. I have made a large colouge of him and hung it on my wall. Every single day and night I look at it and start to cry because all the mean and evil things people say about him come to mind and it makes me want to scream! It makes me very sad and angry. Every night I pray to the holy Lord above give him strength when weak and set him free from all the lies and taunts. I have watched all the interviews from Oprah to Martin bashir. I have taped every one too. I have watched the movies "MOONWALKER" & "DANGEROUS the short films." When I watch the music video called "HEAL THE WORLD" I start to cry cuz it makes me so happy. I wish people would treat the man with more respect. He has given so much to this World! And if everyone gave as much as he does it would be a "better place for you and for me!" "PREJUDICE IS IGNORANCE" ~ (quote of michael's) GOD BLESS MICHAEL JACKSON FOREVER! Posted by: Emily Staiger, on June 10, 2003 03:00 PM

I first of all have to say that I have been an MJ fan since I can remember. When I was little, I would get yelled at because whenever his videos would come on MTV or VH1, I would turn the tv up as loud as it could possibly go. Michael is a very deep, caring, passionate HUMAN BEING, and it comforts me to know there are more people out there who agree with me. Michael is simply a victim of persecution because he cares. Sound familiar? thought so... Jesus! MJ certainly is not Jesus, but he is being persecuted for doing God's work. And what is God's work? Well, when Jesus died, He gave us one commandment, because that one commandment alone could cover all the other ten, and that is TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER! The Bible also says that it will not be uncommon for God's children to be persecuted for believing and doing what God asks of us. All you people wrapped up in the worldly ways need to get a clue and read the bible and LOVE one another...and LOVE MICHAEL JACKSON. I willingly go through a lot dealing with people who dislike Michael, and I view this as a privilege, because I am sticking up for someone who has given so much to the music world and the media and was turned around and spit on the first chance that came about. But that's okay, becuase MJ's place is in heaven. People don't realize how badly words can hurt, especially when those words are spread all over the world. I admire Michael so very much because through all the lies, accusations, and slander, He says in his Invincible CD "Now I'm just wondering why you think that you can get to me with anything Seems like you'd know by now When and how I get down And with all that I've been through, I'm still around." What a great way to begin a CD. All I have to say to people who don't believe he's innocent, and really is a caring person, is this: JUST LISTEN TO THE HIStory ALBUM, book II. Michael either wrote or co-wrote almost every song on this album. It was also the first album released after those horrifying accusations in 94'. If you sit down and really listen to the words and think of them as a way for Michael to vent, then no one can possibly render him as a guilty man. No one can be that passionate and not mean it. And after listening to that CD, along with the many other songs he's written, you still believe he's guilty, then YOU must be the crazy one. So what if he's a 45-yr old man playing video games... every other grown man I know does the same. And get this: THEY HAD A CHILDHOOD!!! MICHAEL DIDN'T!!! I like many others also pray every night for Michael to have strenght to face this cruel world, and obviously all of our prayers have been answered because, as he said in the 2000 MTV music awards after winning the ARTIST OF THE DECADE award, "Ya'll ain't seen nothing yet!" And if by some crazy chance that Michael reads this, then I'd like to say this "You are not alone." You are my hero, and serve as a wonderous example of how one should perservere in hard times. It doesn't matter what other people think, as long as you know the truth in your heart. I LOVE YOU FOREVER MJ! Posted by: Crystal Hall, on September 26, 2003 09:56 PM

The fact that Evan Chandler would drug his own kid and use the excuse that it was for a dental procedure even though the drug he used is NOT used in the field of dentistry. The fact that Evan Chandler had been sued twice for dental negligence and the fact that the Chandlers stopped cooperating with authorities after they got the money (CHA CHING!) prooves to me they were out for money and money only! To me there is NO EXCUSE for not continuing to prosecute someone who supposedly MOLESTED your child! Who is the REAL CHILD ABUSERS HERE? Exploiting your kid for money is as abusive and low as a person can go! Posted by: Michael fan forever, on November 3, 2003 05:44 PM

All doubts about Michael's guilt were erased when I read the GQ article. The biggest evidence that he is innocent is how the big media has drowned out his defense. All that you and I hear from those assholes is that he's a freak, and he's a molester, and he's...you fill in the blank with something damning. The truth about Michael is obvious for those who read between the lines. He is a good person--emotionally needy yes but good-- who tried to take on big media--remember the song "Leave me alone", remember the interviews where he repeatedly tears down their credibility? Well, they responded in typical fashion by showing him who was boss. They pounced on him and destroyed his career. Be afraid, it could happen to any of your favorite artists if they misstep. It is not a matter of right and wrong, it is a matter of power and weakness. He was not strong enough to challenge them, but did it anyway. This is the price he has had to pay for that. Still not convinced? Well consider the fact that the only television media source that ran a balanced story during the '93-'94 mess was PBS' frontline. A group NOT committed to the bottomline, but to news only. They showed the entire story, and in the end it was Michael who looked innocent and the boys' father who looked guilty. Then came the GQ article written by a respected journalist reknowned for the quality of her reporting. The fact is that the few responsible journalists that there are left in this massive machine sided with Michael AFTER they learned all of the facts. P.S.- to the dude who said that Michael and Gavin were acting wierd, have you ever had a wholesome relationship with young kids? Because a wholesome adult-child relationship looks exactly like that. I have two kids of my own and I am totally foolish around them and their friends, its just what a good friend does with kids. Posted by: Steven Hall, on November 7, 2003 08:40 AM

At our Michael Jackson News Website. www.mjnewsonline.com/ (Forums Boards) this discussion has come up time and time again. Not only is Michael effected by these distortions, but also are millions of his devoted FANS. I believe that Michael, being friends with Jordan Chandler, sought not to bring an end to his own persecution in the press so well orchestrated by Chandler senior and his legal team. Michael acted in the only way he could to protect his young friend Jordy, and see all this horror for both, STOP! The settlement did turn off the sharks of sorrow of the Press for a little while, but as we all know, once blood was in the waters, they have continued to circle and nibble away at BOTH Jordan and Michael. After reading Mary Fisher’s article in GQ, in detail, it remains clear that Chandler Senior demanded MONEY long before he went to the press, long before he sought care for his child, and long before he ever reported his charges of wrongdoing to the authorities. If it were me, the Police Department would have been my FIRST destination, NOT the last. Secondly NO amount of money in the world would have made me forget my child was harmed, and just GO AWAY! Our members at MJnews have been looking at what happened this many years ago, in a thread titled, “What ever happened to Jordy Chandler.” I am so very proud of the insights a NEW generation of Michael Jackson Fans are having covering these allegations. Perhaps time does let us see more clearly after all. My opinion? Chandler is clearly guilty of EXTORTION, and the ABUSE of his own child forcing and browbeating him into wrongfully testify against a dear friend, Michael Joseph Jackson!
