Yesterday, we made a motion before Federal Judge Lawrence E. Kahn, saying that we wanted a permanent freeze on the abuse of process by big media against us.

Aimster is back... and on the attack!

I was there in the courtroom with my Dad while he argued our case. I thought the Judge was very impressed by my Dad's arguments.

It was really great to see my Dad going up against the big name attorneys - David Kendall and Russell Frackman - and kicking their butts!!!

After school, I'm going to try to get the transcript and post it here, so you can see for yourself!
