I'm back.... free to blog again!
Sorry I've been away for so long but the Media Companies were threatening my Dad with a contempt order -- and I didn't want to say anything in my blog that could hurt him.
But now here's the big news today ... (from the latimes.com, Jan. 6) We're free! - New York Court Stays Aimster Injunction.

Now, let's rock! I'll be posting here as frequently as before, and I'll also be putting up court papers and my notes of what's going on behind the scenes.
Believe me, we won't give up! Err... But for now I'm late for school!
