FBI Warned that Sniper had Terrorist links

Rev. Al Archer, director of the Lighthouse Mission in Bellingham, Wash., where the Sniper John Muhammad lived sporadically for several months said: "I always figured we would read about John Muhammad in the news."
A month after last year's terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, the FBI and Bellingham cops were warned about Muhammad because he was living in a homeless shelter and didn't have a car but seemed to do a lot of traveling on planes to places like Denver, New Orleans and the Cayman Islands.
