Will this hurt foreign trade negotiations? Why don’t the record labels include RCA, Samsung, or JVC, since they made the “boom box” that I used to illegally tape songs off of the radio in 1989. I am sure one of the record labels' attorneys have pondered this and posted 4 or 5 billable hours to the question.
